Getting there · Foxborough
Getting to Gillette Stadium for Oasis
Most fans drive to Gillette Stadium and park on site, but traffic on Route 1 is heavy, so allow plenty of time. Event-day commuter rail trains from Boston and Providence, when scheduled, stop right by the stadium and avoid the traffic.
Drive and park on siteRecommended
Gillette has large paid parking lots around the stadium and Patriot Place. Parking for concerts is often sold in advance, and Route 1 is the only main approach, so arrive early.
Event-day commuter rail
For major events, special MBTA commuter rail trains run from Boston South Station and Providence to Foxboro station beside the stadium. Tickets are usually sold in advance and the return train leaves after the show ends.
Coaches and private shuttles
Coach operators often run concert shuttles from Boston and other New England cities. A good option if you don't want to drive.
Rideshare
Gillette has designated rideshare pick-up and drop-off areas. Prices surge and waits can be long after the show ends.
Flying in: Boston Logan International (BOS)
Boston Logan International is about 30 miles (50 km) from Gillette Stadium. Rent a car or take a rideshare from Logan, or travel into Boston and catch an event train or commuter rail south. Providence's T.F. Green Airport (PVD) is about 25 miles away and is often easier for Foxborough.
Driving and parking
Route 1 and the surrounding roads get extremely congested before and after concerts, and lots can take an hour or more to empty. If you drive, arrive early, pre-purchase parking, and be patient on the way out.
Getting home after the show
Car traffic leaving Gillette takes a long time to clear. Many fans wait it out at Patriot Place. If you took the event train, head straight to the platform: the return train waits for the show to end but fills quickly.
